Local Group Reiki
Within the DMV area, I offer private group reiki sessions that include journaling, intention setting, light yoga, and meditation, paired with group and individual reiki. We will use a variety of modalities to center our energy, ground ourselves, release what is not serving us, and learn how to channel our own light outside of this workshop.
